BIOGRAPHY
Marcel Schneider decided after his successful Amateur Career to turn Professional end of 2012 – he has been 6th on the world amateur ranking.
Since 2007 he won multiple national and international amateur titles, incl. the Australian Amateur Championship in 2012.
In his second year as a pro (2014) he was able to win two tournaments on the Pro Golf Tour and secured the overall victory of the Tour. From 2015 on Marcel is playing on the European Challenge Tour.
In 2016 he won the PGA German Championship at the Golfclub St.Leon-Rot.
2018 Marcel Schneider won his first Challenge Tour event in Switzerland (Sempachersee).
2020 he finished second on the RoadtoMallorca Ranking (Challenge Tour) and gained his playing rights for Europes highest Tour.
Since 2022 Marcel is playing on Europes highest league, the DP-World Tour. During this time he has qualified for two Majors (US-Open & The Open) and the Tour-Final in 20222, where only the Top-50 players competed.
